It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Jim Lender, a longtime member and dedicated leader of the Gem City Outdoorsmen Club.

For nearly 50 years, Jim devoted himself to GCOC, serving in numerous leadership roles and working tirelessly to improve the club for all members. From pioneering our outdoor archery program to coordinating major events and enhancing our club’s facilities, his impact on our community is immeasurable.

Jim’s passion for the outdoors and commitment to GCOC will never be forgotten. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched and the many improvements he helped bring to our club.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time. Jim, you will be deeply missed.

LONG RANGE CONSTRUCTION HAS PAUSED FOR THE YEAR DUE TO WEATHER!

Please be advised that construction has halted for the year due to weather conditions. Once this project resumes in the spring will we provide necessary updates.

Steel Targets: The use of steel targets is not allowed until further notice. Improvements are being made for noise reduction and safety.
